MISS ERIN / Owner, Director & Teacher
Erin began dancing at the age of 6 on the Tweed Coast, training in Jazz and Tap before expanding into Contemporary, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop and Classical Ballet across the Tweed and Gold Coast. She studied Jazz and Tap through B.A.L and Ballet with RAD, achieving outstanding results. Throughout her schooling, Erin was selected to represent her region in multiple dance companies at a state level.
While still in high school, Erin discovered her passion for teaching and choreography, working at her home studio, Dance Force, and completing HSC Dance with a 91% overall, placing first in her class four years in a row.
In 2010, Erin was accepted into the Australian Dance Performance Institute (ADPI) in Brisbane, completing a Diploma of Arts in Commercial Dance and Musical Theatre after a year of full-time training under internationally recognised industry professionals. She went on to work professionally as a dancer in numerous events and promotions.
In 2013, Erin opened Encore Dance Studio in Byron Bay, creating a nurturing and inspiring space where students can grow in confidence, discipline and self-expression. Erin is passionate about sharing her love of dance and empowering her students with both strong technique and lifelong skills.
MISS HOLLY /Classical Ballet, Lyrical & Jazz
Holly has been dancing professionally for 11 years now taking her across the globe. With credits such as Moulin Rouge Paris, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Celebrity Cruise Lines and most recently Alexander Kunz Theatre in Germany. As well as gracing many stages and screens in Australia.
Her move to London in 2024 saw her back teaching dance at multiple studios around the city as well as finding a new passion in teaching Reformer Pilates.
Holly loves being able to combine her love for the stage and her passion for being in the studio with the next generation.
MISS TAHLIA / Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz & Tiny Tots
Tahlia is a Gold Coast/Northern Rivers based dancer, teacher, and choreographer with a love for performing, creating, and a dedication to supporting her students’ development, goals, and dreams.
Tahlia’s training is diverse, including training nationally and internationally from incredible industry professionals/mentors. Tahlia completed her part-time and full-time training at Dance Force, gaining her certificate III and IV in Dance. Tahlia has also partaken in the Sunday Sessions Pro Series Course Seasons 3-5, completed her Certificate III in Fitness and Module 1 in Acrobatic Arts.
Tahlia’s notable professional credits include the 2023 Brisbane Lord Mayor’s Christmas Carols, 2024 Locredo Dance Company’s Brisbane contemporary show “ONE”, and 2024/2025 festive season, performing for one of the top resorts in the Maldives. Most recently, Tahlia performed/choreographed for UK artist Louisa Johnson and Halloween night 2025 for one of the top resorts in the Maldives.
Tahlia is a passionate, energetic, and dedicated dance teacher/choreographer with over 7 years of experience in teaching a variety of styles at recreational and competitive levels. Her goal is to support the development of her students both as dancers but also people. She believes the skills you learn through dance are fundamental and cross over to everyday life. She loves working with dancers to create something meaningful, artistic, and entertaining.
MISS AYLICA / Acro
Alycia is a professional dancer, performer, and teacher with over 15 years of experience across the dance, entertainment, and education industries. Trained at Dance Force Studios on the Gold Coast, Alycia holds a full-time Certificate IV in Performing Arts and has worked extensively as a touring and corporate performer both in Australia and internationally.
Her professional credits include national and international touring productions, corporate entertainment, and specialty performance work. Alongside her performance career, Alycia has been a dedicated dance educator since 2008, teaching students of all ages and levels across jazz, contemporary, lyrical, technique, strength, and acrobatics.
Alycia is passionate about creating a supportive and motivating learning environment, with a strong focus on correct technique, strength, confidence, and individual growth. She is excited to share her knowledge and experience with students and help them develop both their skills and love for dance.
MISS AMANDA /Classical Ballet
Amanda is a highly trained dance professional with experience across all major dance styles. She holds a Cecchetti Associate Certificate in Ballet Teaching and began her teaching career in 2009 at Plie Groove ’n’ Shuffle, where she trained extensively in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, and musical theatre.
Dancing professionally since the age of 18, Amanda has performed in a wide range of high-profile projects. Her professional credits include Warringah Rats Cheerleader, Manly United Cheerleader, Mr Australasia events, Mardi Gras Parades, featured dancer in Ciaran Gribben’s music video My Killer My King, and touring as a backup dancer for Chase Zera alongside Bag Raiders and Hayden James.
In 2025, Amanda became a first-time mum to her daughter, Cherry, a role that has further deepened her passion for movement, wellbeing, and nurturing confident dancers.
Complementing her dance expertise, Amanda also holds a Certificate in Mat Pilates and is currently completing her Reformer Pilates qualification, allowing her to bring a strong focus on technique, strength, and injury prevention to her teaching.
SUE / Admin Manager
Sue is very experienced in administration and bookkeeping. She has been employed in many different sectors throughout her career, including human resources, medical practices, club industry, accountancy and legal offices.
Sue is a friendly, approachable person with excellent communication/organisational skills.
