Child Safety at Encore Performance Studio

At Encore Performance Studio, the safety, wellbeing and dignity of every child is our highest priority.

We are committed to upholding the NSW Child Safe Standards and have developed a comprehensive Child Safe Risk Management Plan (CSRMP) to identify potential risks and outline the protective strategies we have in place to minimise harm.

Our Child Safe Risk Management Plan covers:

  • Supervision practices in classes and backstage

  • Change room and facility safety

  • Communication boundaries (email, mobile phones and social media)

  • Private lessons and additional rehearsals

  • Guest teachers and competition travel

  • Reporting and complaint procedures

All staff and guest teachers hold valid Working With Children Checks and are required to comply with our Child Safe policies and Code of Conduct.

We encourage parents, carers and students to be active participants in maintaining a safe environment. If you would like to view our Child Safe Risk Management Plan or raise any concerns, please contact us at director@encoreperformancestudio.com.au

Together, we create a safe, supportive and empowering space for every child to learn, grow and perform with confidence.
