Our big end-of-year performance! This is an afternoon/evening event for all Encore students and their families.

Stage & tech rehearsal at the theatre. No costumes or makeup are required. This is an all-day event.

A professional photographer captures students in their concert costumes. This is an all-day event/split-day event.

Our eisteddfod students & soloists will perform for family & friends before the start of the eisteddfod season. This is an evening event.

All students must be back at the Byron Theatre in FULL stage hair and makeup in their first costume.

·       All students 12 years and under must be signed in and out, on an EPS register by a parent, caregiver or guardian upstairs.

·       All Encore Performance Studio students arrive in dance clothes/uniform with full concert makeup & hair done.

·       All students 12 years and under must be signed in and out, on an EPS register by a parent, caregiver or guardian upstairs.

·       All students must bring an organised bag or clothes rack with ALL costumes, dance, shoes, stockings, accessories, makeup, hair tools etc.

SHOW STARTS!!!

·       Matinee concert ends. 

·       Students have a 1.5 hour to break to eat, chill out, touch up their hair and do their makeup for the evening concert. 

·       Parents are welcome to come to the change rooms to help students get ready or students are able to be taken home then dropped back at 3:30pm. 

·       Reminder: all students 12 years and under must be signed in and out, on an EPS register by a parent, caregiver or guardian.

·       All Encore Performance Studio students arrive in dance clothes with no makeup or hair requirements. 

·       All students 12 years and under must be signed in and out, on an EPS register by a parent, caregiver or guardian. 

·       All students should bring snacks, lunch & water bottle. 

10:00am 

·      Tech/Stage rehearsal commences.

12:00pm

·      Primary and Junior students to be picked up. (Please check timetable so you know what age group your child is in)

·      All students 12 years and under must be signed in and out, on an EPS register by a parent, caregiver or guardian. Parents must come into the theatre collect. 

03:00pm 

·       Tech/Stage rehearsal ends. Students are to get picked up promptly.

Our Mid Year Showcase gives every student a chance to demonstrate what we’ve been doing in class in semester 1. This performance will be held at the Cavanbah Centre and does not require costumes, but students will be required to wear their EPS class uniform and very neat hair.

Encompassing a multitude of dance genres, from our tiny tots aged 2 taking the stage for the very first time to our competitive students that are striving to become elite performers. As well as performances from special guest artists, this captivating and heart-warming show is one not to be missed.
