Autumn Dance Workshop – 2026

Join us for an inspiring and high-energy day at our Autumn Dance Workshop on Wednesday 15 April 2026!

At Cavanbah Centre, Byron Bay. All dancers are required, 9:00AM - 3:45PM.

Designed for dancers of all levels, this full-day workshop is open to all studios and welcomes dancers aged 8–12 yearsand 13 years & over. It’s the perfect opportunity to train, grow and be challenged in a supportive and uplifting environment.

We are thrilled to bring together an incredible lineup of industry professionals, including Amira Mollenhauer, Kyra Harrison, Heidi Jennings, Holly Mackie, Tahlia Furness and Shani Sweetnam. Each choreographer brings their own unique style, experience and energy, giving dancers the chance to learn a variety of techniques and performance skills across the day.

Dancers can expect:

Terms & Conditions – Autumn Dance Workshop (at EPS)

1. Bookings & Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

  • Bookings are non-transferable unless approved by Encore Performance Studio.

2. No Refund Policy

  • This is a non-refundable event. No refunds, credits or transfers will be issued for cancellations, change of mind, illness or injury.

  • In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled by Encore Performance Studio, a full refund or credit will be provided.

3. Participation & Risk

  • By enrolling, participants acknowledge that they are participating at their own risk.

  • Dance is a physical activity and carries a risk of injury. Encore Performance Studio and its staff are not liable for any injury sustained during the workshop.

4. Child Safety

  • Encore Performance Studio is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all dancers.

  • All staff and guest choreographers hold valid Working With Children Checks (WWCC) where required.

  • Parents/guardians must ensure that emergency contact details are current and accurate at the time of booking.

5. Behaviour Expectations

  • All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff and fellow dancers.

  • Encore reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, with no refund provided.

6. Media Consent

  • Photos and videos may be taken during the workshop for promotional purposes.

  • By attending, you consent to the use of this content unless otherwise advised in writing prior to the event.

7. Personal Belongings

  • Encore Performance Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal items.

8. Health & Wellbeing

  • Participants should arrive fit to dance and inform staff of any injuries or medical conditions prior to the workshop.
